There were at least 2 team members working that locked the doors and would not let people in. They weren't restocking or doing anything other than waiting for closing time. I just needed a headlight bulb so that I can drive safety and not get a ticket. I hope the other team members do not do the same.

Mr. Eddie Williams helped me purchase a new battery and changed it out for me. The staff was very pleasant and the store was clean. Service was fast as well. I'm so happy for I came here.

Ms. Lisa Bradley, Mr. Eddie Williams, and Christopher R. (or maybe angels?) showed up for me in a way that restored something I didn't even know I had lost. From the very beginning, there was no judgment, no rush, no indifference, just genuine care. The words “We're just here to help" aren’t ONLY words here. They didn't just solve a problem, they saw me. So this is more than a store. This is a place, a reminder that people still show up for each other, and that sometimes the difference between despair and peace is simply being met with understanding. I left with more than a working car.
