    This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. This location claims to close at 10:00 PM, yet they locked the doors at 9:40 PM, even though they clearly saw me getting out of my car. I had been in an accident, arrived on time, and was still completely ignored. To make matters worse, there is no General Manager contact information posted on the door, which should be standard so customers can file complaints. That alone shows a serious lack of accountability and transparency. The employees displayed zero empathy, zero professionalism, and a complete disregard for customers. If they don’t want to serve people, then they should not post misleading business hours. People rely on that information, especially in emergency situations. I truly hope corporate takes real action, both with the store manager and the employees, because this level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable and damages the company’s reputation. I would not recommend this Advance Auto Parts location to anyone.
