When something goes wrong they don’t do the right thing. Highly recommend you avoid them. I feel bad writing this because I am sure the average worker there is just trying to do decent work and make a living but their management is a major issue. Steer clear.

They don’t even know what a torque wrench is for wheels — everything is tightened by hand, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. No respect for customers or their time — long waits with zero communication or explanation. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Most places would've taken advantage to sell me something I didn't need. People are incredibly kind and helpful, and the mechanics did an amazing job. My car rides like new. The mechanic even showed me how to put my car in launch mode! Something I didn't even know I could do! Highly recommend this place.

Christopher was especially helpful checking my spare for leaks and helping reposition in my trunk. My oil and tire lights had come on prompting the visit. All was fixed in one morning. They called me and let me know when done. Very grateful.
