One of the staff there inspected and found out that the under hood of my car was loose and helped me put it back. As well as pumping air into the tires once the low pressure light was on. He refuses to take my payment. I’m grateful for the help!

I was told to come in the next day to pick up a portable jumper cable so I can jump my car and take it to the shop to get my battery replaced. I come in the next day and, of course, no one knows what I’m talking about and the guy never showed up to work the next day and they don’t have a portable jumper cable all of a sudden. Very disorganized.

I made one request, to have the control panel warning adjusted to indicate the tire and oil change, but when I returned the warning lights were still on. To add to that, my horn didn’t work when they returned the car.

The tire was in stock as I had ordered it online and it was delivered directly to Tire Choice and I saw it waiting on the floor when I arrived. Upon checking in they told me that there were 3 cars ahead of me and it would probably take 1.5 hours (I had communicated that I was waiting for the job to be completed). For context it shouldn’t take more than 30-45 mins MAX to change one tire. They took nearly three hours to change my tire. No apologies, no discount. When I mentioned my frustration about how long it took even with an appointment they responded “an appointment doesn’t mean anything. Only that your car will be accepted that day”. As an added bonus they slightly damaged the wheel cap of the rim and couldn’t replace it properly! Do yourself a favor and cross the bay and go to one of the many tire places in Miami I guarantee it’ll be a lot faster!
