  Worst Sixt location I’ve experienced. This is a high-traffic tourist location, so unfortunately the service reflects that. Even by Miami standards, the attitude here felt very much like “take it or leave it.” Having a reservation does not seem to mean you’ll actually get the vehicle you booked. The agent who assisted me was not attentive, not knowledgeable, and not particularly interested in helping. I reserved a specific vehicle because I needed that size for a reason. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he repeatedly insisted that the smaller car they had available was “basically the same,” which simply wasn’t true. I even suggested going to a different Sixt branch if they could help organize the vehicle I had reserved a few days earlier. That also seemed impossible for them to arrange. On top of that, I waited about 20 minutes just to reach the counter. Only one person was actively serving customers while another employee stayed behind the counter without helping, despite a line of people waiting. A tip for anyone considering this location: don’t walk in without a reservation, book in advance, and be prepared to either take whatever car they offer or go somewhere else. In the end, the visit was simply a waste of time. They couldn’t provide the vehicle I reserved, and I had to call customer service myself to cancel the booking because the staff at the location didn’t even bother handling that. Sixt is normally my preferred rental company, and I rent from them more than 20 times a year. Unfortunately, I would not return to this particular location. If you want better service, I’d recommend using the airport or Coral Gables locations instead.

  Location chez Sixt Miami Beach via Booking. J’avais réservé une Chevrolet, mais au moment du retrait, ils n’avaient pas le modèle réservé et m’ont proposé uniquement une Toyota équivalente. L’agent m’a également indiqué qu’une Chevrolet plus grande (Traverse) était disponible moyennant un supplément. Technique commerciale ? Possible. Finalement, nous avons choisi le grand SUV américain et je ne regrette pas pour parcourir les routes de Floride. Point positif : l’agent parlait français, ce qui est appréciable. Retrait et restitution faciles, organisation efficace. Expérience globale satisfaisante.

  La macchina era perfetta per le mie esigenze, il mio assistente O2 è stato veramente gentile e disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande e il suo italiano è perfetto! Soddisfatta 😁

  Mi experiencia x el momento es negativa , ya que ayer salimos con la familia y nos dieron una camioneta con medio tanque de combustible, volví a la administración antes de retirar el vehículo del parking, le comento al vendedor el Sr Oz, y me comunica que lo entregue con 1/2 tanque ( tal cual lo retiraba) sorpresa, me debitaron 35 dólares más por el tanque completo, en el día de hoy me apersone a la misma sucursal de la calle Washington, volví y hablé con el Sr Oz lo cual me comunicó que lo tenia que hablar con el manager, en difinitiva me cobraron el tanque completo. Nada que ver con Alamo. El valor de la palabra en sixt no es un principio, lamentablemente está pistoteda
