  Bardzo dobra i mila obsługa Bardzo pomocna Wypożyczenie i zwrot samochód odbywa się bardzo szybko wszystkie niezbędne informacje przekazane bezproblemowo. Samochody w bardzo dobrym stanie Pracownik obsługujący bardzo życzliwy starał się używać polskich słów co było bardzo miłe. Korzystałem z tej sieci nie po raz pierwszy zawsze byłem zadowolony każdy klient traktowany indywidualnie jak najwazniejszy. Naprawdę szczerze polecam.

  J'ai loué 2 fois une voiture pendant mes vacances au mois d'octobre 2025. Tout s'est bien passé. Réservation rapide. J'ai même rajouté une journée supplémentaire sur le site a distance. Très pratique🙂. Le retour est également très simple (prendre un ticket au parking et vous la garez au 6e). Merci à Luis pour son professionnalisme et sa patience 💪. Malgré la barrière de la langue, il m'a très bien expliqué et même pris son téléphone pour la traduction. A mon prochain séjour à Miami Beach sans hésitez je viendrai chez vous. Merci

  I had great experience with Sixt until 2 days after I returned the car. The car was easy to pick up, customer service in the store was good. I wasn't able to pair my phone with the car's so I drove it back to the store before driving away and they credited me $25. That's the good. The bad: 2 days after returning the car I received an email saying there's a 3 cm dent and paint from another car on the bumper. I'm definitely at fault because I didn't inspect the car before driving it. But the car is on the 6th floor of a parking garage and there are no employees there to walk around the car with you. I should have done it, that's on me. However, nothing happened to the car while I was driving it. Maybe it was tapped while parked somewhere. Either way, the damage for a tiny bump came to over $1200. I have rental coverage with my car insurance company but reading over the other reviews it sounds like this shop/rental agency routinely charges for things like scratches and not enough gas. Maybe hoping customers won't notice? Or won't complain? If that's happening, horrible way to do business. Again, my fault for not checking the car carefully before driving off, but I think an employee should accompany renters to the car to ensure proper protocols are followed. No more Sixt for me.

  Das Personal ist das größte Problem und eine 0!!! Wir kriegen drei Tage vor Reservierung gesagt, dass uns die Kaution 200 Euro kosten wird von dem Mitarbeiter Andy. Am Tag der Abholung sind es auf einmal 361 Euro Kaution. Da der Mitarbeiter Andy nicht da war sondern ein anderen dunkelhäutiger Mann mit sehr kurzen Haaren bzw. Glatze, hatte er uns die Differenz so erklärt, dass täglich die Preise schwanken. Was ist das für eine Begründung? Sind wir hier bei der Börse? Heute bei Abgabe hatten wir den gleichen Mitarbeiter Andy wieder gehabt, der uns es so begründet hat, dass aufgrund eines Upgrades also einem anderen Auto, die Kaution geschwankt hat. Wieso kann das der andere Mitarbeiter nicht genauso erklären? Und kommt mit dem Argument die Preise schwanken täglich. Wir haben doch vor drei Tagen reserviert, da kann ein Preis schwanken. Service und Personal sowie Kommunikation absolut null. Man gibt den Schlüssel ab und keiner schaut das Fahrzeug bei Abgabe an um sich zu vergewissern, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
