He reply don’t worry you will receive discount ( NOT RECEIVED). Returned car @ 8.45am instead of 9.00 am. The agent record the returnal @ 10.00 so i receive one day more of rental. I call this very very dishonest. I’ll neve use any more this agency but i’ll use the airport one.

Ran me through the process and let me know about anything I should be aware of. This was by far the best service I’ve ever received from this company.

You cannot drop the keys overnight in a safe, which is very inconvenient if you arrive in the middle of the night. Instead you have to be there at 8 in the morning, after an already short night, to drop the keys with the employees in-person. Also the $25 that I had to pay to enter the SIXT garage has not been refunded yet.
