  Stay away from this establishment. They didn't have any vehicle in my tier of car. They tried to offer me incomparable cars at no discounted rate. They used many excuses as to why they didn't have vehicle. No apologies or attempt to make reasonable accommodations. Miami is notorious for poor business practices and customer service. This place is no different.

  STAY AWAY! Had a reservation for a 2 day car rental. I came in the morning and car was not ready. They told me come back in 2 hours, I came back in 2 hours. They told me come back in two hours again. In short, I picked up the car 8 hours later while my whole family was in limbo. I returned it after 23 hours and they would not refund me the money for 1 day. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I had all day planned to go to everglades and that went sideways. Orbein Suarez Tri-brand Station Manager over email told me he would give me a voucher and guess what? That was a lie as well.

  This was hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Vasile and David were welcoming and engaging, and went above and beyond to ensure my rental car needs were met even though this location doesn’t have an Emerald Club Executive section. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

  Absolutely terrible service, I have never seen a location that no one answers the phone ever!!!! Or calls back!!!!. Still in a Current emergency and have been told by corporate office escalations that they are doing their best to speak to that manger from this location and regional manager to call me and I have been waiting for two days. Since Saturday! Ridiculous I am a family of 7 with 3 children. The customer service is non existent. And national 800 numbers bounce you around like a puppet. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT rent a car from National car rentals at this location especially. If you run into car issues with the car, not only will they not answer the phone and keep sending you to a roadside assistance that will then tell you that you have to deal with the manger at the location I picked up from and no one cares to answer phones or call back when other locations are texting and sending them messages to call. I am Completely shocked at this level of service. This is beyond unacceptable, especially for a family that has children. Leaving a family stranded with no car that we are paying for and no call back or answering the phone after we have been trying for over 48 hours to call and still trying. Currently on hold for for over an hour still trying.

  Réception et retour facile MAIS l’ouverture automatique du coffre était cassée donc j’ai eu un voyant « coffre ouvert » pendant 3000 km. De plus le réservoir n’était pas plein. Personne ne m’en a informé. Le véhicule était conforme bien que la carrosserie présentait quelques bosses et rayures.
