I'm not sure if I will be able to reach a person to get a refund on either. Today I found the pay by phone app. Once you set it up, it's easy for repeat visits.

They really deck the halls with a 5 star team between Craig and Enrique, I would sail the world with that crew. All the other places not Sun Tex really take the wind out of my sail.
