Tutto questo non è avvenuto nonostante ho invitato il manager di Enterprise a Collins ave 4332 di contattare l'ufficio di Eustis per avere conferma dell'accordo. Ho consegnato l'auto con tanta benzina in più proprio in previsione dell'accompagnamento al porto. Non solo non sono stato accompagnato, non solo ho lasciato l'auto con molto carburante, ho dovuto spendere 60$ di taxi

- CGCelia GrattSep 28, 20251.0I rented a car through the app, I went down to take it out the car at 5:10, and they told me they are closed, I have previously rented from them and they closed at 6, I had no idea that they closed at 5, when I placed the time they should have mentioned they close at 5 to be on time. the employee were in the shop the door was open, they could have easily taken my reservation. it would have taken them 2 minutes. they refused, I begged them that I needed the car, they just ignored me and walked away! nasty ppl. don't rented from them!
