    I got a car from another enterprise and it had smoke in it and it was overall not a good car and they we’re not helpful. I went to this Enterprise to see if they could help on a busy weekend with few cars available. The team helped me so much! Made sure I was taken care of and was so kind and understanding. I had a car accident earlier that day and things were tough. Thank you to the entire team at enterprise! You really are all amazing and I’ll only be going to these guys from now on.

    Experiencia nefasta con Enterprise Miami Beach (Colins Avenue). Reservé un sedán para recoger a las 12:00h y no me entregaron el vehículo hasta las 16:30h, además de darme una categoría inferior (más pequeño) alegando falta de disponibilidad. Esta demora de más de 4 horas arruinó mis planes y mi viaje en familia a Key West. ​Por si fuera poco, el trato del personal fue inapropiado, haciendo preguntas personales irrelevantes. Incluso pretendían que devolviera el coche a mediodía pese al retraso en la entrega, algo que solo se solucionó cuando intervino un supervisor para pedir disculpas. Soy cliente Premium y alquilo en todo el mundo; jamás me habían dado un servicio tan desastroso.

    This place sucks. They are wildly disorganized and move at a snail’s pace. There’s no rhyme or reason to anything they do. It took 40 minutes to get a car after reserving in advance. Avoid them at all costs.

    The Miami Beach location provided excellent service! Keana, the assoc who did the paperwk was friendly n efficient. Vasi the gentleman who showed me the use of the car and Daniel who picked me up as my car was not drivable were so polite helpful. I highly recommend this location.

    The service staff were good but the 1.5hr wait time (20 people in checkin line and then again wait for car) to get a car is absolutely unacceptable. There's was no communication about the wait and the staff just went about as if there was no problem. They would have a clear idea about number of reservations for the day and should at least give a heads-up if they have any unavoidable situation for the delay. I would definitely stay away if you can.
