    ⭐ 1 Star – If I could give zero, I would. This Enterprise location has been a complete disappointment, and after four bad experiences, I can confidently say there is a serious and recurrent pattern here. Every single time I come to pick up my reserved car, they never have cars available. I always end up waiting, and when a car finally shows up, it arrives dirty, with a terrible smell. One time they literally handed me the same spray they use to cover the odor, because the car smelled so awful. But my most recent experience was the worst of all. I made a reservation for November 14 at 6:00 PM, booked the day before. When I arrived, the office manager, Payton, simply said: “We don’t have cars.” Again. I told her I even try to called earlier but no one respond . She claimed she tried to reach me at 4:30 pm, but she never left a voicemail, and the number she used wasn’t even the one registered with Enterprise. I was working with patients at that time — how could she expect I answer a call from an unknown number with no message? Then, she told me, “We have a shortage of cars.” But this is always the excuse. Always. I’ve waited entire days for cars with no updates. Apparently, there are no cars at ANY location? I reminded her they have my phone and email — the same ones they use to text me when they want a good review — yet they couldn’t bother to notify me about my reservation being canceled AGAIN. I asked for her manager, Jean O. Gaillard, and she said she could only “send a message.” Which she never that night , even worst , I never received a call back or a follow-up. This entire experience affected me badly that night. I needed the car urgently, and I even paid more than other locations because this branch is close to my office. Instead, I was left without options and without any accountability from the staff. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. It is terrible, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. The service is the worst I’ve experienced at any rental company. The location is convenient, but what good is that if they never have cars? So disappointed Save yourself the frustration — go to Sixt (same street on the 5th) or Budget on 9th. They actually have vehicles and better customer service.

    Called us days before to confirm pick up time. We confirmed both online and with the call we waited an hour and 45 minutes to receive a car. This was the worst experience with enterprise. They charged for time we didn’t get. Completely ruined our day plans because by time we left traffic time had doubled and we missed our appointment. Plus the car we got was beaten up like second rate used car lot. I just hope we don’t get charged for this trash on the back end.

    FUYEZ CETTE AGENCE !!! J’avais réservé il y a plus de deux mois, mais cette réservation n’a servi à rien : une fois arrivé au guichet, on m’a expliqué qu’il n’y avait plus aucune voiture disponible. On m’a simplement proposé d’écrire un e-mail pour « peut-être » avoir des nouvelles dans les jours suivants. Sincèrement, je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi lamentable. Leur seule excuse : ils prétendent avoir essayé de m’appeler, mais ont en réalité mal composé mon numéro, car ils n’ont pas ajouté l’indicatif international — pourtant clairement indiqué. Si vous souhaitez des vacances réussies et sans encombre, n’effectuez surtout pas de réservation dans cette agence. L’incompétence y est présente à tous les niveaux et le service client est inexistant. Pour ma part, si Enterprise considère ce genre de pratique comme normale, c’est la dernière fois que je ferai appel à eux. Ils ont tout simplement gâché le début de mes vacances.

    Avoid this location at all cost! Made a reservation on the app ONE month in advance for a luxury car, but they made me wait for more than ONE hour only to tell me there was NO CAR available and downgraded the reservation to premium. I asked them to adjust the price since it’s much lower for a premium car, they did but didn’t carry forward my points redemption so I lost 1k points and one hour due to their incompetence

    Update: received multiple outreach attempts from the company to make my experience better since having had this review and outreach and they did everything possible to apologize and offer a discount on a future rental after asking how they could make it better, I was not asking for anything but I do super appreciate the thorough customer service and follow up outreach to make up for the inconvenience ♡ best customer service I've received in a long time actually now... We had a reservation and already completed the check in online and still waited without anyone in the office for over 15minutes beyond our prearranged appointment then an additional+ 15 minutes for our car Had to call customer service to 'ping' employees she stated she assumed they were in the garage which is not accessible/visible from the offices Employees were nice/efficient to deal with once present just slow paced/unbothered by their lack of efficiency/timeliness and inconsiderate of the inconvenience for causing our delays... this is while noone else is waiting/in need of service.. would hate to.see them.on a busy day or with any other clients in general. Very inefficient and inconsiderate.
