    I had a confirmed reservation at 9:30 AM at the Enterprise Miami South Beach 5th St. location (1000 5th St., Miami Beach, FL) and didn’t receive my car until over 4 hours later. Even though I finally got the vehicle, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. There was no communication, no timeline, and no proactive help from the staff while I waited. I called Enterprise customer support three times, and each time I was told someone would contact the branch or a supervisor — but no one ever reached out or updated me. I was stuck waiting with no other transportation option, and that should never happen with a confirmed reservation. Getting the car doesn’t erase the inconvenience, wasted time, and lack of customer care. This entire situation was avoidable if the location had communicated honestly, managed reservations responsibly, or offered any real support. I still recommend choosing another rental company. A reservation shouldn’t turn into a 4+ hour wait with zero information.

Their business model at this specific branch is to wait for a car to be returned and then clean it for the next person in line. If nobody returns a car, you don’t move. I have been trapped here for five hours waiting for a vehicle that doesn’t exist. There are no cars on the lot, just a room full of furious customers realizing they are stranded. This is not a rental service; it’s a waiting game. Go to the airport or literally any other rental agency. Do not come here.

    If you have a reservation at the Miami Beach Enterprise, cancel it immediately. They operate with zero cars on the lot. Their "system" relies entirely on waiting for previous customers to return vehicles in real-time. Because drop-offs are rare, you will be stuck waiting indefinitely. I have been sitting here for over five hours. There are no cars, and everyone in the waiting area is furious. It doesn't matter if you booked weeks in advance—a reservation at this location means nothing. Do not make the same mistake I did.

    Absolutely unacceptable service today. I don’t usually take the time to write Google reviews, but this branch of this company, completely disappointed me. Spoke with a member of their team yesterday and they confirmed my car and a pick up from my hotel this morning. Got a call 30 minutes before my pick up that they don’t have the car I reserved two months prior and they also don’t have any cars at all until the afternoon. I have a flight across the state that I will now miss because they allowed the previous customer to extend the time for the rental even thought I had it reserved. I called and complained and they HUNG UP ON ME and said they’ll just cancel my reservation then. Continued to call back and they never picked up again. Now I don’t even know if my reservation was cancel and have to pay way more than I planned to find another car to book last minute. Terrible service and if I could put zero stars I would.

    Do not go to this branch under any circumstances. They do not have cars available. Even if they tell you a car is available, do not believe them — they will keep you waiting and then tell you again that there is no car. You’re better off renting from another nearby location. The staff are also extremely rude. They make you wait for hours and don’t even apologize. There is absolutely no sense of queue or order here — someone can walk in and be served ahead of you without any explanation. If you don’t want to waste a full day and your money, do not go. They keep you waiting by saying the car is being washed and will arrive, even three hours after your reservation time, and then they suddenly say there is no car after all. In short: stay away. They are rude, they don’t make up for their mistakes, and they have no respect for your time or your money.
