L’agence a été incapable de nous fournir notre voiture ainsi qu’à 5 autres clients présents dans l’agence qui avait réservé aussi. Il n’y avait aucune voiture de disponible. À l’heure de la fermeture, ils nous ont mis dehors en nous disant de revenir le lendemain sans garantie d’en avoir une. Malgré nos nombreuses appel au service client et email de réclamation aucune compensation n’a été proposée. Nous avons heureusement pu louer auprès d’une autre compagnie en derniere minute. un week-end de pont les prix avaient doublés. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie

However, I didn’t really have a choice, so they kindly provided a premium SUV instead of the convertible I had originally reserved with no additional cost. After a couple of hours, they called to let me know that the convertible I wanted had just arrived and that I could come and pick it up. That turned out perfectly for me, and Vasi was extremely helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely visit again the next time I’m in Miami.
