- SHStefan HermannApr 3, 20261.0Wir hatten lange im Voraus einen SUV reserviert und konnten vor Ort nur einen Minivan erhalten (downgrade). Es wurde vor Ort zugesichert dass die Differenz erstattet wird. Leider wurde diese, trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme, seit einem halben Jahr nicht erstattet. Völlig unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren seitens Alamo. Nachtrag auf die Antwort vom Inhaber: Kontakt wurde über die genannte Adresse bereits aufgenommen. Ticket seit mehreren Monaten ohne zielführende Bearbeitung durch den lokalen Verantwortlichen. Bitte stellen Sie eine E-Mail Adresse für eine direkte Kontaktaufnahme zur Verfügung, dann stelle ich Ihnen den gesamten Vorgang zur Verfügung (seit Nov. 2025)

Et m’ouvre un VW jetta …. Alors que deux place a coté une mustang était là . De plus j’avais pris option siège bébé et le jour J idem il en n’avais aucun ! A fuir!!!
