  Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Never fun. Drove my vehicle straight to Tire Kingdom on Merritt Island after reading several good reviews. Hector welcomed me immediately and got me in. Luckily I only needed a patch and it was done within an hour at a fair price. Nice waiting room to get some work done while I waited, clean bathrooms and overall decent environment. Great customer service and pleasant vibe. I’ll definitely return here for my tire needs.

  This place is what other auto repair and tire place should be. Sidewall screw and thought and was prepared to have to shell out for a new tire. Wayne explained that the likelihood of it being repairable is highly unlikely and I knew that going there. But Wayne checked it out and tested it for leaks while removed the screw slowly and no bubbles. Hell yeah! Great service without trying to upsell me and make a quick buck! Thank Wayne!

  We had a tire on our BMW with a nail in it. Called Tire Kingdom and they got us in for a repair the same day. Arrived on site and they got the car in and tire fixed within an hour. And a very reasonable price! Love this place!

  I am writing this review today because the technician who fixed my tire told the truth about a needed repair, when the office guy did not, and I sincerely hope the technician gets praised. I had all 4 tires replaced on my car, plus a couple other repairs done, at Tire Kingdom in Merritt Island on New Year's eve. Today (2 days later) when I drove the car, the low tire pressure light came on. When I looked at the tires, the front right looked a little low, but I didn't check the tire pressures. So I took it back into Tire Kingdom today, Jan. 2nd around 1pm. When the technician took the tire pressures of all 4 tires, he stated the front right tire was a lot lower, and he proceeded to pull the car into the shop. After I waited in the lobby for a while, one of the office guys told me the car was ready. He made sure to tell me that the tires were not guaranteed. Next he proceeded to tell me a complicated story about the TPMS sensor, how it reacts to new tires, and that the tire pressures were all actually fine. My gut told me this guy was not correct, so I told him, "You're not making any sense. I want to talk to the technician again. This never happened before the tires were changed." When the office guy walked me out to the shop he asked the technician, "She said the pressure was 26, right?" And I answered, "No I didn't take the pressures. The technician did." Then the technician spoke up and said he replaced the valve stem (on the front right tire). I immediately said to the technician, "Thank you for telling me the truth. That's completely different than what this (office guy) just told me." Then I turned to the office guy and told him he fed me a "bunch of bull." When the office guy started to walk away I said, "You should apologize for making a mistake like that." And he lied (again) and argued, "I just apologized...," and walked back into the office. I talked to the technician some more and he kindly explained there was a small leak in the valve stem, how he diagnosed it, and that he replaced it. I thanked him again and left. I was shocked at how many lies the office guy told me within only a few minutes. I can only imagine he most likely lies to all of your customers. Please check into this. And again, I sincerely want the technician praised, for telling the truth. As for me, I don't know if I will ever return to this shop, though my husband and I have been customers for many years with several of our cars.

  Life long tire kingdom family here… I had such a great experience here! Some of the tire kingdoms in Orlando have disappointed me lately… but NOT this location. They took excellent care of me. They were also really quick about everything too! I highly recommend this location. They’re so great! (Thanks for making sure I’m safe guys!)
