  I’m part of a boat club so my experience is limited to once a month. Bathrooms are always clean and it’s an easy place to take the sailboat out.

  Very clean marina with great staff. The dock crew are very friendly and always there and greet you at the dock when you come back in after a day on the water. App is very easy to use to schedule your launch (or work cradle) and the cradles are a great service with water and electrical for the do it yourselfer or for your mechanic of choice to come to perform service. One experience in particular was that we put our boat in, fired it up, and it wouldn't go into gear. One of the dock staff came down and asked if we were having issues. I told him that I just did the water pump and had no issues prior to that. He said that it was very easy when you re-install it for the shift shaft to move to the side when re-installing and not engage with the lower unit (Yamaha). Sure enough, that was the issue. He offered to pull it out and place it on the cradle and I could use some tools of theirs to pull the lower off if I wanted. I opted to have them pull it and I would come fix it that week since I had some people with me and didn't want them to wait. That's awesome customer service.

  We’re coming up on our third year with Harbortown Marina in Merritt Island, and it’s been a great experience all around. The staff is always helpful, accommodating, and genuinely courteous. Misty and Travis, who usually pick up the phone, are consistently on point and make things easy. The facilities are kept clean and well maintained, and it’s nice having a restaurant right on the property that’s pretty solid for a bite to eat. Parking has never really been an issue as there always seems to be plenty of it. The only challenge you might run into is if you’re bringing your boat back after 5 PM during peak boating season, when slips can get a little tight. One of the things I’ve enjoyed most is the community here. I’ve met several other boat owners, and there’s always someone willing to lend a hand with docking when needed. Overall, Harbortown is a well-run marina with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. Highly recommend it.

  Being from Ohio but wanting to keep our boat in Fl we looked online and found Harbortown Marina. What a fantastic Marina From the staff at front desk to dock hands. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to our new boating experience in Fl and Harbortown Marina makes it that much more enjoyable for us. As my wife has said to me several times so far…..She loves this place. Good Call Miller!
