  Jared at Enterprise absolutely saved my weekend. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find a nice rental that fit both my needs and my budget. What really stood out, though, was how strongly he encouraged me to add the insurance. I was hesitant at first, trying to save money, but he explained everything clearly—no pressure, just honesty—and I’m so glad I listened. Unfortunately, I ended up getting into an accident with the vehicle. It was scary and stressful, but as soon as I remembered that I had the insurance Jared recommended, I felt a huge sense of relief. Because of his guidance, I was protected financially and didn’t have to deal with a massive out-of-pocket bill that would have really set me back. Jared didn’t just rent me a car—he genuinely looked out for me. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a financial nightmare into a manageable situation. I’m extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend working with Jared at Enterprise. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shout-out to Jared Kennedy and the entire staff at Enterprise Rental and Merritt Island. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice, energetic, and genuinely smiling. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding — something you don’t see often anymore. As an old-timer, when I see great service, I truly recognize and appreciate it. This team is exceptional, and it shows in everything they do. Thank you all for making my experience amazing! Highly recommend

  Great service! Emily was very thorough and called the day before to let me know they were short on cars and that she would call me first thing in the morning before we headed over to make sure she had something available. True to her word, she called 30 mins prior to Enterprise’s opening time and let me know she had my rental available. It’s so refreshing to have people go above and beyond to let you know what’s going on. I believe most people understand when things happen out of your control when you show concern to make things right. I’m so appreciative of her extra effort to let me know in advance and then following up. I highly recommend Emily (and her co-worker, I didn’t get his name) and Enterprise at this Merritt Island location. I didn’t feel like just another number. Thank you again!
