  Fraudulently signed me up for a recurring membership when I was told I would only be paying for an $10 wash and then refusing to issue a credit. Be careful when using your cc with these guys. Shady stuff here

  I am beyond disgusted with the appalling experience I encountered at Whistle Car Wash this evening around 6:00 PM. What began as a kind gesture to wash my parents' vehicle turned into a display of professional incompetence and property damage. I purchased the top-tier $30 wash—a price point that already feels steep—only to hear a distinct thud against the vehicle while inside the tunnel. Upon exiting to the vacuum station, I discovered new black marks on the front driver-side panel that were absolutely not there prior to the wash. The "service" I received afterward was where the real issue began. I attempted to discuss the damage with the assistant manager, Quincy. Rather than acting with a shred of professionalism, he remained focused on a personal phone call throughout our interaction. When I finally gained his attention, he was dismissive, lacked any sense of urgency, and flatly refused a refund. Most egregious was his verbal conduct. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he told me I was "overreacting" and "making a big deal over nothing." When I requested his supervisor's contact information to file a formal complaint, he laughed, walked away, and retorted, “Okay, and your point?” This level of disrespect and blatant disregard for customer property is a massive liability. Management should be the solution, not the primary source of the conflict. I will never return to this establishment, and I will be escalating this matter to corporate immediately to ensure this "assistant manager" is held accountable for his conduct.

  I came through to get a 1 time wash in February. The girl said that they were doing a February special for $10.00 for the month. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HER if this was going to automatically renew and she said "NO". On March 3rd I was charged $53.48 on my Visa. Let the games begin.....I will be having this corrected.
