Very poor customer service. Under qualified technicians. Simple oil change. Over torqued the drain bolt and cracked the oil pan. Ample opportunity to correct the error and retain a customer. Nope. Cya customer service approach. Especially the manager Peter “Junior”. Zero accountability. Hard pass. Zero stars.

This shop has AMAZING customer service. I return here frequently. Thanks to the wonderful manager (forgot his name) and the assistant manager brandon. I can't express the gratitude I have for the entire crew really. Its what keeps me coming back as a return customer. They have been attentive to any needs I have. Even go out of their way to make sure I am happy and answer any questions I have. They are very knowledgeable about cars and I can tell they care about what they do.

Waited 40 minutes behind 2 cars. The truck in the bay never moved the whole time, while 4 cars came and went on the right side. Maybe funnel the cars and not screw over the people waiting? Left and will probably never come back

First and foremost, the very young girl that started out helping me was very dry and borderline rude. Not once was she friendly, never smiled or anything and it almost felt like she literally would rather be doing anything else than to get me set up with my oil change. But ok whatever, the manager clearly doesn’t follow any form of quality service standards. Ok, no big deal. I watched her check through all the boxes that everything is ok for the ‘inspection’ before they even popped my hood and the only thing I saw them do to my car was replenish the wiper fluid. Ok, whatever I’m just there for an oil change anyway. Well, at the end, I simply asked them to please double check that everything was properly in place and tightened all the way. The last time I went to a valvoline they didn’t double check it and I was leaking oil rapidly after leaving their shop. So rightfully so, I requested they just do a courtesy check for me. The kind gentleman who was helping me at that point called Brandon over and asked him to please abide by my request. Brandon proceeded to argue with him stating that he ‘already checked it and doesn’t need to check it again’. Meanwhile, my windows are down and he’s right at the tail end of my car - I can hear everything. The guy reiterated that I’ve requested the extra check and Brandon continued to argue with him with an attitude that I’d expect from a 14 year old girl. So I stuck my head out my window and said never mind forget about it. I asked the guy for the managers name to which he pointed at ‘Junior’ who was standing at my car the entire time that Brandon was arguing and was actually STILL trying to wave me out of the bay. So naturally, I stopped to express my issue to him and he legitimately looked at me, no expression on his face, like I was stupid and simply said ‘I understand’. No apology, no attempt at a solution, nothing at all. I’m just in disbelief that this kid is a ‘manager’ and he has ZERO customer service skills/resolution skills. I actually was going to be bringing my wife’s car up this weekend for an oil change as well, and even told the girl that, in an attempt to converse, but I most definitely will not ever be back to this location again. It’s people in this industry like Junior and Brandon that make females uncomfortable with taking their car for an oil change. I would like to speak with the district manager of this location. You can locate my information from your database. Oh don’t let me forget… they were ‘out of paper’ so they couldn’t print me a receipt. I haven’t received an email receipt STILL and the guy asked me to take a picture of the screen in place of my receipt. Oh and no mileage sticker either, it got written down on the back of a business card. To any women reading this review, please don’t go here. Men too, but they’re less likely to make you feel stupid for asking them to double check their work.

Absolutely unacceptable. After trusting Valvoline with my vehicle, I ended up with a damaged oil pan. Something that clearly happened during their service. Instead of taking responsibility, I’ve been given nothing but denial and runaround. I returned to their two locations four separate times trying to have the issue properly identified and resolved, giving them every opportunity to make this right. Despite that, nothing effective was done to properly identify or resolve the issue. Mitchell, the area manager over the Palm Bay and Melbourne locations, has now denied my claim AGAIN proving no accountability and no effort to resolve the damage. Just a flat refusal to stand behind their negligent workmanship. This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes people lose trust in companies. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility when they do is inexcusable. I’m now stuck paying out of pocket for damage that occurred while my car was in their care, after wasting significant time making multiple trips back and trying to resolve this the right way. The complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer care here is shocking. If something goes wrong with your vehicle at Valvoline, don’t expect them to help you. They will deny it and leave you to deal with the consequences. Take your business somewhere that actually stands behind their work
