  I just wanted to send a compliment to the friendly, accommodating staff at this particular location. I enjoyed a 3-month unlimited wash membership, and was charged for a fourth month before I had a chance to cancel. The washes are great, I just don't feel like I wash my 10-year-old car enough to make it worth it. Anyway, I canceled the membership and then deleted my information from the app, thinking I would use that prepaid month and then go back to pay-per-wash. I spoke to the guy at the window, and he explained to me that because I had deleted my information, they had no record of my prepaid month. Note to self, don't delete payment confirmation emails right away! 🤣 Anyway, I realized today that I've never written a review. I've always found the staff to be very professional and I was very pleased with how this issue was handled. Keep up the great work guys!

  I went to another car wash and they were not able to get the Thai tea that I accidentally spilled in the bed of my truck but Tommy's was able to not only that I have to say I 100% love the app! I love being able to drive through that License Plate Reader and jump on the conveyor belt if you are new to car washes and it stresses you out to put your tire in between that little doohickey you don't have to deal with that here! You just get on the conveyor belt and your car is cleaned. My only I guess complaint is that it's not closer but I understand why it's in the locations it is;-)
