  John was extremely helpful up front. Got my car serviced here for the first time and they made helpful recommendations but were very transparent about what could wait and there was no sales pressure to get anything done. I’ll be getting my car serviced here going forward.

  I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom on 192 in Melbourne! Jazz helped me get a nail in my tire patched in less than 30 minutes. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile, came right out to check my tire, and reassured me that I was in good hands and he absolutely delivered. Fast, friendly, and professional service like this is hard to find these days. This is the kind of customer service everyone needs!   I was heading out of town when I suddenly noticed a dramatic change in my tire pressure and wasn’t sure if it was due to the weather or something more serious. I stopped by Tire Kingdom without an appointment, and Jazz and the team immediately took care of me. They quickly found a screw in my tire and were able to patch it in a timely manner. Jazz took the time to walk me through the entire process, which made me feel confident and safe getting back on the road. I truly appreciate the quick service, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team. I can’t thank them enough!

  Had nail in tire. Jazz took a look and said he could patch it! He insisted on doing the job for free, which was incredibly generous! He explained the whole process of patching and actually showed me the patch inside the tire in the garage! I need to drive 1300 miles to get home and dealer in Melbourne could not patch, and even if they could have, would’ve cost me $40. So I was very impressed and appreciative of the excellent service that Jazz provided. His guys were also excellent, even gave me the remote to change channel in waiting room! That has never happened to me before! I left feeling fortunate to have found such a great place to get the help I needed, especially when unfamiliar with the area and so far from home. Will recommend Jazz and Tire Kingdom on W New Haven to everyone in my community!!!

  My wife had a nail in her tire and pulled into the shop feeling stressed about how long it would take and how much it would cost. Jazz, the store manager, immediately came out, took a look, and made her feel completely at ease. He personally handled the tire patch himself (didn’t just hand it off), explained exactly what he was seeing and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes. The work was clean, the price was very fair, and he even checked the rest of my tires’ pressure and tread while it was on the lift—no upselling, just good service. Jazz clearly knows his stuff, runs a tight ship, and still takes time to treat every customer like they matter. Hands down the best tire shop experience I’ve had in years. If you’re anywhere near this location, ask for Jazz—you won’t be disappointed.
