- LLLisa LansingMar 21, 20262.0I have used Safelight before coming to my location but because I needed calibration I had to go to the Melbourne location. Insurance scheduled appt. Arrived and an hour later found out the new windshield was scratched. They should have checked it the prior day. Came back to scheduled time 8 am the next day... thinking they were going to get me in and out but they didn't start on my car until 10:47 am (got a notification). Why did you have me come in at 8? I had a 12 noon appt so I had to speak to the manager. 4.5 hours and late by 25 minutes to my appointment. Poor scheduling and the parking lot just an absolute mess. I was not the only one with the same issue. Efficiency and time management could really use some work.
