  2004 f250. Started a 2 second delay from park to drive and park to reverse. While driving shifted perfect fluid pink. Dropped it off on Monday. They called me tues and said it shifts good while driving and seems like could be valve body and wanted to do further diagnosing and line pressure test. So fri rolls around haven't heard anything so I called and thet said they were waiting on a price for rebuilt. I said im not doing a rebuild so I picked it up over the wknd. No further diagnosing no line pressure test. We dropped the tranny no metal on magnet filter was still white on inside everything looked and smelled good. We changed the $50 EXTERNAL toilet paper bypass filter on outside of tranny which was black and within 2 days problem solved! And yet they were going to do a rebuild! Totally lazy and crooked in my book.
