He helped me out an hour or so before closing to make sure I got back home alright. He gave a quick simple rundown on what the problem could be and even gave me some oil for the trip home for no extra charge. Excellent service, would recommend anyone who lives close by to get their cars checked out here.

The call center schedule an appointment with my local Mavis store, after giving the associate all my information, including my ZIP Code, they scheduled an appointment that was 45 minutes away!! When I arrived, the tire was not there. It was an additional 50 minutes away from my home so a total of 95 minutes away from where I live. There was a gentleman by the name of Franco At the store, And to say the least, he was absolutely amazing! He took time with me to try to track Down the tire and have it delivered to my local Mavis/tire Kingdom store 10 minutes away from where I live. This gentleman provided excellent customer service, he truly cared, and took care in making sure that I received my tire the following day!!! He provided 10 star service with respect for a Woman that truly felt lost!
