  Terrible second one I’ve been too and still no car they don’t take debit at this location fair warning ⛔️ so when you make a reservation and get dropped off there only not to get a car. Enterprise might be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If you have an option don’t go here. Terrible terrible service

  Great place to rent from. The customer service here is one of a kind, the vehicles are newer and always clean. The Employees are helpful and friendly. But Ariel takes the cake she's Exceptional always cheerful, Pleasant, kind and helpful she even took the time out for me, to look up each vehicle to see which one had the better gas mileage. Now that's going above and beyond. Love her vibe. Definitely rent from here top Notch

  I had another great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I’ve used Enterprise locations across the country, and they’ve never disappointed me. That doesn’t mean there are never issues with the cars, but what stands out is how consistently the staff step in and resolve any problem one way or another. During this visit in Melbourne, I rented a Nissan Altima and had no problems at all — the car was reliable and comfortable throughout. The rental process was easy and smooth, just as I’ve come to expect. Another plus is the convenience of the location — the pick-up and drop-off area is in Parking B, just a short 3-minute walk from the terminal. Overall, a very positive experience once again, and I’ll continue to rely on Enterprise for future rentals.

  Enterprise rentals saved me. My flight was delayed and we landed at 2:00 am. Every other car rental desk personnel had gone home and we were left without a car ( I had been told by a different company that if I prepaid for a rental that I’d have a guaranteed car available no matter how late my flight was, but that was not true). Ariel at enterprise waited until the last flight arrived for the night and made sure everyone was taken care of before she went home for the night. I will rent from enterprise from now on.
