    Rented for a new years trip up to Maryland from Florida and received a car that strongly smelled like cigarette smoke or marijuana or a combination of both. We tried to switch the car at pick up but were told there were no other options for us. I had to ask for some sort of additional compensation and long story short somehow we only got $20 off the original booking price. The agent really struggled with the numbers. We drove 15+ hours to and from Maryland in this vehicle which gave me headaches from the strong smell. We had to buy multiple air fresheners to try to make it bearable. We’re just super disappointed because we rent from this location frequently and didn’t feel like they cared at all. I tried to call corporate customer service and they couldn’t do anything for us either so overall just a really disappointing experience.
