  I would like to take a moment to recognize Shereece Restel and Kiandra Poiter for their outstanding customer service and support. During the early stages of the recent government shutdown, I found myself and a group of guests stranded in Miami, Florida, as the airport became extremely chaotic. We made the decision to rent a vehicle and drive back to Houston, but unfortunately, our experience with Enterprise customer service over the phone was inconsistent, and at times, we were given inaccurate information. However, everything changed once we were assisted by Shereece and Kiandra. After securing a booking, Shereece proactively reached out to inform us that the vehicle we needed was available. From that moment forward, the process became smooth and stress-free. Both Shereece and Kiandra were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to review and revise my booking to ensure everything was correct and aligned with our needs. Their level of service truly stood out compared to the earlier interactions we experienced. In a stressful situation, they brought clarity, efficiency, and peace of mind.   This review is for the car rental department at 235 S. Wickham Rd. Melbourne. I had some body work done on my car less than a mile from this Enterprise so I decided to rent from them. It was an insurance claim. The website said they don't pick up or drop off but, I was very pleased when I checked with Crystal the branch manager the day before and she said they would pick me up from the body shop. This was a big deal for me because I had a foot injury and could not walk the mile. She was so nice. I came the next day dropped my car off at the shop and Cherise picked me up. She too was very nice, they gave me a mini van yuck! That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That same day Chrystal called and had a Camry ready for me to change out. They did everything to make my process easy. After 9 days I was able to leave the rental at the collision shop where Enterprise (Chrystal or Cherise) would pick it up . Everything they did for me was great! I am in the retail business where exceptional service is a must I was pleased with Chrystal and Cherise's exceptional service. Kudos ladies!

  Five star service from Ashtin Truesdale at Enterprise. My SUV broke down and I had to walk to the Enterprise location. Not the start anyone wants to a day. As soon as I walked in, Ashtin greeted me with kindness and professionalism. She offered me water right away and made sure I felt comfortable while we got things sorted out. Within minutes she had me set up with a rental truck and back on the road. The process moved fast, smooth, and organized. No confusion. No delays. Ashtin stood out for three reasons. • Strong customer service. She treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. • Fast problem solving. She moved the process along and handled everything efficiently. • Friendly attitude under pressure. She turned a stressful situation into an easy experience. Car trouble creates stress. Ashtin handled the situation with professionalism and care. If you visit this Enterprise location, I hope you get the chance to work with her. She represents what great customer service should look like.

  I would give zero stars if possible. Worse customer service "I have had." I spoke with the Branch manager, K/Crystal and shes essentially mocked me while not providing any help as a customer looking for a vehicle that another enterpise employee told me was there on their lot. Krystal then told me the "vehicle wasn't ready and wouldn't be back until later, still not telling me what vehicle it was and just kept avoiding answering my question. DONT WASTER YOUR TIME. Go to any other location if possible.

  Elliot is absolutely phenomenal. Whatever position he is in, he needs to be promoted. Genuine and helpful and I really hope he thrives. Really gave the business a soul. He even helped me find my dog in the parking lot!!! Truck ran great too. Will be back.
