- CSChristopher SchildtOct 25, 20251.0WARNING!!!!!! Read this post. I became a member at the time when Whistle opened. Everything was fine, and I was very pleased with the service. Then, in July of 2025, they started to double bill me for the same car. On August 28th I went to the office and spoke with the assistant manager. He cancelled my membership and said that the manager would contact me for a refund on the double billing. I received an email confirmation that my membership was cancelled on 08/28. The manager never contacted me. Then, I noticed on my cc statement that they were charging my card again. I filed a dispute my Citibank, which is now ongoing. This month, October, they billed me again, and once again, Citi is disputing these charges. So far Whistle has not responded to either myself or Citibank. It has now reached the point where I am forced to file a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General. They just will not stop billing me, nor have they made any effort to refund the overcharge. I will file updates as they become available.
