- BCBrian Coleman6 days ago1.0I recommend anyone that visit this place be extremely cautious if you go at all. I took my wife’s 2021 Ford Expedition for a quick wash while the kids were napping. The car wash was stopped while I was inside of it because of an issue and they came up and handed me the small tow hitch cover through the window and said it had fallen off. They turned the wash back on and when I exited to the vacuum area I noticed the bumper had been ripped off. They took down my information and took pictures and said they’d reach out in 24 hours. Now 24 hours later they say they’ve reviewed the camera footage and because of previous damage they are denying the claim. This vehicle has never been in an accident and had zero issues before I brought it there. There is now a crease and peeling paint I have to get fixed myself. Be careful when visiting this location!! They will destroy your car, blame it on you, and move on with their day.
