Isaiah, Jonny, and Gilbert were all amazing and super nice! I came in to get a valve replaced. They did an amazing job. They were able to get me in right away. They gave me an amazing deal! Thank you so much tire kingdom. I will be coming here again and highly recommend to everyone.

I had a last-minute emergency and made the decision to do what was best for me and I’m so glad I did. I stopped by Tire Kingdom at 6200 N Wickham Road in Melbourne and Josh and Preston had me taken care of in under an hour. No judgment, no hassle, just fast, professional help when I needed it most.
Both techs were extremely nice, very neat, and clearly take pride in their work. They treated my situation with urgency and respect, and that kind of service is rare. Choosing to take care of your own needs isn’t always convenient for everyone else, but this team made it easy and stress free.

As a single mom, walking into an auto repair shop can honestly feel intimidating. You always have that quiet worry in the back of your mind — Will I be taken advantage of? Am I being told the full truth?
I originally came in needing a rack and pinion, serpentine belt, and tensioner — not exactly small repairs. From the moment I walked into Tire Kingdom on North Wickham Road, Isaiah, Josh, and their entire team treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism.

RUN RUN RUN! Not Kidding. Lived Here Over 43+ Years! One Worse than the Next When It Comes to "Businesses" In This Area Whether it's to Do a Home Repair Or Maintenance to Auto To Just About Anything. These Days, Shop & Verify! So, If I Can Save Even 1 Person Money This is the Way to Do it. Inform People When It's A Good Company or a Bad. In This Case, I Remembered from Last Year But Hubby Didn't Listen, He Will Now. Mavis Which "Bought Up" Few Other Biz's WILL Quote You Over the Phone 1 Price & When You "Think" Wrongly So, Hey Good Price? It's Just to Get You In. In Our Case We Shopped 3. Big Mistake, We Believed the "1 Who We Believe, Lies the Most" Because they did Same Last Year. I Remembered, Husband Did Not. Ok, So, On a 6 Qt Synthetic Oil Change, They Quoted $100.00 Knowing That Was Cheaper By At Least $20+. Husband Went In, OH & They'll Say, We DO the Balance For Free & Oh By the Way IF You Need an Alignment It's $85.00. Well, They Did The Oil Change $127+, Said They Couldn't Do Balance, Our Tires Were Dry Rotted. Ugh Huh. Took Vehicle In Today, Very Next Day, NO DRY ROTT NO Damages On Tires Period. We Do Have Just Over 15,000 From New Purchase, Not Thru Them Btw But Also Told Today, Walmart Would've Done 6 Qt Oil Change For Our SUV For $59+. HALF The Price. So, They Under Quoted for Oil Change Over the Phone, Can't Say They Didn't Know All the Information, Like How Many Qts or What Year & Make of Vehicle, As a Matter of FACT, We're the 1's Who Told the "Guy" It Was 6 Qts, He Didn't Know. All They Do Is Get You in, Then Try & "Find" Anything They Can Upsell On. They Lied About the Price of Oil Change, If I'd have Been the One to bring it in I'd have Asked them What About the Quoted Price Just 45 Minutes Prior, But...As for the "List" Given to Husband About Why They Could Not Do the Balance? Dry Rot On Tires? Another Big One. Shocks & Sway Bar? No Shocks Needed But We Are Replacing Sway Bars on Our Own. Their "Price $200+" Part is $25. No Jacking Up Vehicle Even Needed to Replace. Just Saying, Check & Verify, Before You Say.. "SURE, Go Ahead & FIX Whatever YOU FIND"...because You'll Just Be Giving Your $ Away....They're Now Thankfully OFF Our List of Ever Using to DO Anything...On Any of Our Vehicles, Ever. Thankfully There Are Many to Choose From That Are Honest...
I called to make an appointment to address problems with a tire install done by a Mavis location in St. Pete a few days ago. I spoke with a very rude employee named JOSH. While I was explaining what I needed he began to talk over me at which time I paused the explanation and asked him to wait to speak until I had finished and that I considered it rude to be talk over me. It was then that he abruptly hung up the call. It was not a disconnection. It was a hang up an it was rude. I was polite throughout and did not deserve that type of unprofessional, sophomoric, snowflake behavior. I will no longer be doing business with Mavis/Tire Kingdom due to his disrespect.
