Not being from the area, we had to rely on word-of-mouth from locals and of course, Google reviews. Tire Kingdom on Lake Andrew Dr. absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and our car was quickly assessed to pinpoint the exact issue. Even though they mentioned they were short staffed and the repair might take some time, the team jumped right in. Honestly, it didn’t take long at all. Every person stepped up, worked efficiently, and got us safely back on the road — and at a very reasonable price. A Huge Thank You to Marlek and Jazz for their outstanding customer service and quick and quality work. The 5-star reviews you see online? They are spot on. This location truly delivered 5-star service. And one more thing, the ladies’ bathroom and lobby were clean. That might not matter to everyone, but it definitely mattered to me.

Nick was great up front, and Ryan took the time to actually show me the parts that needed to be replaced. Before my visit to this Tire Kingdom location (Lake Andrew), I had never had an auto shop actually take me into the garage to show me why they’re recommending certain repairs. Highly recommend for the low prices and professionalism.

I found that I had a screw in my tire and tire kingdom was the closest tire store to me. They immediately took me in, saw the problem and had it fixed within an hour! Great service good people couldn’t have asked for more! We’ll definitely be going back to tire kingdom in the future!
