- GFGabriel Float4 days ago3.0I went to get my oil changed in my brand new car, and I asked for the best that they have. They put 5w-30 instead of Ow-20 and the manual says to put Ow-20. They said it would take an hout and it took almost 2, then they charged me $100. Sorry, but I can't come back.
- CSChris SzumskiJan 5, 20262.0I never seem to learn: NEVER bring my vehicle to a chain "Tires Plus" or whatever type place!! **Smacks forehead** Why when my vehicle needs wheel bearings do these shops require complementary inspections; where they open the hood and find problems you didn't know you had?! Anyways, 2 miles down the road after leaving my "Check Engine" light illuminates. I'm thinking, " It's probably something to do with the speed sensor connection on the hub that was just replaced." That makes sense! No!! Upon scanning my vehicle, I discover a "Camshaft sensor Open" code. Hmmm, that's weird. Upon inspection, I find the plug for the sensor is just resting on the sensor, not connected. It's odd because, on Mopar and many other manufacturers, they use special locking plugs so it can NEVER come loose on it's own, from vibration and what not. Needless to say, another chain shop I'll never recommend or return to. I gave 2 stars ONLY because I paid less than average on the repair I received. Not worth it though, when you leave with a problem you didn't have prior.
