The shops’s 2 pm appointment never showed up so he came and got my keys and moved me up in line. During the repair/replacement appointment, EJ kept me well informed of the necessary recalibrations on my new windshield needed to ensure my car would be serviced correctly. Although he wasn’t feeling well at the exodus of the appointment he pushed through and performed an excellent job on my behalf. Now I know why GEICO has Safe Lite Auto Glass as a preferred vendor. I highly recommend their shop on located on 192 and especially EJ.

The incompetent person they sent to fix my car window broke this part of my car, which I reported almost three or four months ago, and still no one has contacted me to repair the part that the technician broke. They are a bunch of incompetents. I don't recommend them. If I could give them a rating lower than zero, I would.

He knows what he’s doing and is a top trained professional, but most of all I love the lady behind the counter, Amber. She is amazing and she is so good at her job. She is a fantastic asset to the company not only is. She’s so beautiful from the inside and out. She also spreads her kindness to all the customers while I was waiting there for a couple of hours, I loved seeing her interact on the phone or with the customers. She definitely deserves a raise, and EJ too. I am super thankful that they made my experience a memorable one.
