  Don't understand why you cannot obtain a phone number (online) to call this place. Recommend not scheduling an appointment with them on the weekend. If you do, schedule it when they first open. I made the mistake of scheduling a 2:00 on Saturday and after 2 hours my vehicle was still in the parking lot. No one came to explain the delay so I went to the counter letting them know I was leaving. I rescheduled a new appointment when they first opened on a weekday and a technician was with my vehicle within minutes. I was very pleased with the technicians work. Lessons learned.

  I got a chip in my windhield and requested a manufacture's product instead of an aftermarket. Safelite worked with my insurance and got me the manufacturer's windshield. When I arrived to pick up my car, all employees were friendly and they detailed my car. Great experience. 4 Day turnaround from the time I called until the time it was installed.

  Safelite is the very best. if you have a broken or cracked windshield. do not worry, they have excellent service. you will be very pleased and relieved. the entire process is a friendly professional event. my wife and I are very satisfied. thank you !

  While at Safelite for the repair, their tech who initially inspected my car with me noticed a 2nd small chip/bullseye very low on the passenger side that I hadn't noticed. He said he should be able to get it approved with Progressive so it could get fixed during this appointment. I didn't ask later about the approval while I was there, and I didn't think to check if the 2nd one had been fixed before driving away. At home I noticed it had not been fixed, and I went to their online receipt and saw a line stating only 1 repair. So I've tried calling them twice to see why the 2nd one wasn't fixed, but the person who was talking with me at their calling center had to call the local shop while I was on hold. She said someone from there would call me back, but that never happened. I called again a day or two later to ask what happened and if I need to make another appointment. After a wait again for them to call the local shop, she came back on and said I either had to make another appointment or I could just drive in and pay cash on my own. She had no idea if the approval was denied by Progressive or if there was a lack of communication at this Safelite location. I'm really curious what happened, because it's quite a drive for me to get down to this location to have these repairs done, and I don't understand why both of those chips couldn't have been taken care of at the same time. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an additional, unexpected, fairly simple repair done. I made an appointment with another company to repair the 2nd one.

  The technician damaged my dash and then I was told they would only pay for half the repair cost. On top of that the technician left without notifying me of the damage to my vehicle I had to find it after he left when I went to inspect the work. I was told my vehicle is known to have issues with the dash breaking. I have never heard of such a thing and now I have a hole in my dash that I have to pay 50% of to fix when it was fine before they touched it. Poor customer service. The fact that the technician left without telling us is proof enough he knew he screwed up.
