- MOMaria OrtegaSep 15, 20251.0Jimmie was rude to me, a woman. Three men walk in after me including my husband as I am getting a lot of ticket from the machine and he is best friends with them. I do not know why he has a problem with women but he clearly does. Visited the gas station September 15th at 9:00 p.m. and I was made it to feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. He pretty much yelled in my face stating he could not hear me. I kindly repeated myself. he was rude up till the very end with his last words being well you didn't say you wanted cash, referencing my traded in lotto tickets. Come to find out his name tag says he's a manager ! I manage a department in a hotel and never would I treat a guest this way. My establishment actually has managers take courses often that teach about respect and the way to treat a customer. Race track, please train your employees especially if they are in management. I will not return to this race track or any for that matter. I walked into the store with a smile on my face and walked out feeling defeated.
