  Dear National: please never change!! 🫶🏼 The best car rental company in MLB. Staff always goes above and beyond expectations. I tried a few options over the years but none of them compares to National. Got a free upgrade the other day. TLDR: work or personal trip, National in MLB is the way to go.

  Good pricing. Excellent customer service. Quick and efficient in getting one going with the rental car. I stupidly left my remote control for my garage when I returned my car in January. They had it in list and found when I rented again in February.

  Great company for renting a car for business or personal travel. The Emerald Club makes it easy to get a variety of options depending on each travel trip need. The team at the Melbourne location does a great job of getting business travelers in and out.

  We loved how caring and attentive the staff of National were. Also the car was impeccable from a cleanliness and condition standpoint. Based on personal experience when comparing National to others, I cannot stress enough their customer service and true attentiveness to details. We had a very lousy experience with Budget Rent a Car in October of this year, in CLT, where we were suggested to try their service and that was a tragic mistake we will never repeat. When we reached out for replacement of the car, their staff were non chalant and faked interest when trying to be of assistance. The car provided was many years old (Chrysler 300, with many tens of thousands of miles on it) and had barely any safety features and the air conditioning was messed up despite paying for a luxury car. Also, the license plate (which was a paper, not an actual plate) on it was not registered appropriately and the police stopped us and ran the plate and had issues connecting it. It was a debacle to get the car switched out despite calling, posting online on their account on one social media platform, and messaging them (it did NOT get switched out ultimately due to lousy service in the first place). Our group stopped using their services as of then. So to my friends and colleagues I say, don’t bother with what’s going to be a headache for you. Just go with a company that is trusted, tested, and genuinely cares about customer service, specifically go with National. Go with one known for good service and a reliable company. There is no need to just try because you want to save a few bucks, you will pay the difference with your nerves, stress, and safety. … I tell my friends to consider National and I will again stress that, as every time we have had great service and a wonderful experience, including this week when we flew to MLB airport for the holiday. I am a National Emerald member and will always use National.
