I had a reservation scheduled for 12 PM on November 12, yet my credit card was charged $569 at 6:30 AM — hours before pickup and before the location was even open. This charge was completely unauthorized. What made this worse is that I woke up planning to cancel the reservation because I no longer needed it, only to find out they had already taken the money. Being unexpectedly out $569 is a huge inconvenience and caused unnecessary stress, especially on my birthday. When I contacted them, I was given no real explanation and was simply told to wait 3–5 business days for a refund. This experience was frustrating, financially disruptive, and showed a lack of care for customers. I expected better.
