Then the manager tells me I either have to pay for an oil change or they're pushing the car out of the building. I couldn't reason with them that they caused this to happen. They gave me another option to take the DRAIN oil and put that in my car! These guys are insane. I took the option to have them push my car out, no way was I going to play these games after THEY caused this. I walked to an auto parts store, bought 4 quarts of oil, and it took 3 1/2. drove home and did another oil change so I had synthetic oil. They owe me $54.00.

They didn’t even fill up the air when rotating my tires, skipped vacuuming and cleaning windows, national coupon codes aren’t accepted, and the upselling has become constant. They also no longer include simple extras like a quick car wash with your oil change, which other places still offer. Disappointed with the decline—especially considering the rising costs. From now on, I’ll be supporting local chains that still provide quality service at a fair price.
