  Reserved a van on a Wednesday for use on Saturday. Got a call from the branch manager on Friday afternoon saying that van and all other vehicles are "sold out." Then was told 3 other people were turned away because there was a recall on Enterprise vans. Excuses don't matter, only results. Had to go Uhaul last minute and they accommodated my request at half the price. Those are the facts, no spin.

  If I could give them more stars I would. We rented a truck for, what turned out to be the move from hell, but these folks were the shining light though it all. We missed the gentleman's name behind the counter but an extra big thank you and hopefully his boss is reading this and gives him a raise.

  I had a reservation for Saturday, Jan. 17 for pickup at 9am. These people called me, Friday, Jan. 16 at 3:30pm to inform me that the reservation was being canceled because “all of their trucks needed repair,” which I didn’t believe. I said fine and took my money elsewhere. I was inconvenienced and they couldn’t care less. I ended up having to pay more due to having to make a last minute reservation somewhere else. It’s sad that many large corporations and chain organizations are consistently unprofessional and inconsiderate, prioritizing profit over compassion, which is reflected in their processes and practices. Do unto others as you would want done unto you!

  We had the BEST experience here of any car rental place and will definitely rent again. We called last minute for a 4-wheel drive truck that we could tow a car with - we were headed to Maine over Christmas. I cannot say enough about how helpful Ashtin Truesdale was! She was amazing and so nice! When we returned we told her there were a couple of issues with the truck - a shimmy of some sort like a lost wheel weight at a higher speed and the window washer was not working before we reached Maine. She compensated our bill for this and we actually got money back! I couldn't believe it! My husband and I are soooo happy! His 1972 Pontiac Ventura is with us in Florida now and we are very pleased. The only bad thing I can even think of, which has nothing at all to do with this situation, is that you do not accumulate points for rewards when you rent through Enterprise Truck Rentals. It is a bummer but it is what it is. Ashtin and the staff at the Melbourne location are FABULOUS and, honestly, we rented through Enterprise Truck Rentals in Portland, Maine, when we moved and they were fabulous. Apparently, Enterprise Truck Rentals knows how to hire great people! Thank you Ashtin for your help! :)
