  My overall experience with Enterprise was remarkable! They met me at the car repair shop and just made the overall experience very fluent and stress free. They even came to pic up the car from the repair shop so I wouldn’t have to drop it off to them. The gentleman that serviced me was very thorough and professional. He engaged to ensure I was comfortable with the features of the car. I will definitely utilize Enterprise should I need a rental car in the future.

  I have to say the staff was amazing! I went to both the locations on Palm Bay road and US1 (for 2 separate rentals) Palm Bay, Wiley, was very helpful in getting me into a rental, especially in the unfortunate situation I was in. He got me fair rates, and was very thorough. The vehicle did flash warning lights regarding an oil change and maintenance which I was assured had been addressed, and I had no issues with the car during the week I used it. When I needed to extend my rental it was very easy. They send a reminder text of when your rental is due and if you'd like to modify it. It took maybe 2 minutes tops to extend my rental. I returned the rental to the US1 location and was given a ride up the street to my vehicle. I called in 1st to make sure it was ok. When I walked in I was immediately helped. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was very nice and his kind personality was delightful. During our drive we discussed the different car brands and his personal experience and preferences, which I found very helpful! I definitely recommend Enterprise for all your rental car needs!

  So here’s the deal. I had a reservation with wickham branch and the autobody shop call this branch by mistake and instead of a pick up like normal I had to uber to the location no harm no foul. The guy at the counter was nice enough he pulled my reservation from the other office then told me he only had one car not something I wanted. I told the gentleman that I did not want that car. He proceeds to lead me out to the car I said no to… ok so wasn’t listening to anything I said . So ok he should bring me back in and see what the other location who I had the reservation with had .. NO He was like ok you can go So here I am Outside and have to get an uber/ride to the other location. So I complain and am a little pissy. And call my uber, just thought a was bad customer service. That said the manager comes out and says that I have to get off the property or he’s calling the cops. And tells me he blacklisted me with enterprise. 🤬 If I could leave negative stars I would
