- HDHeather DNov 29, 20251.0Let me first say that this store’s employees were all fairly pleasant and my issue is not with them. I called and asked to be picked up because I’m without a car. Isn’t that the slogan, “we’ll pick you up” I was told no they didn’t have enough employees there. I get there and because my car has an auto warranty when it’s being worked on I am allotted $40 a day for a rental vehicle in the past I’ve gotten a Dodge Durango or similar through Hertz. Enterprise gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage. I can’t even believe that this vehicle is in their fleet. One of the employees mentioned I should avoid going on 95 in this thing and I agree. Did not feel safe at all, this vehicle has no pick up was making all kinds of strange noises. Then I get home and I look up car rentals and this vehicle is under the $40 when they made it sound like it would be 45 a day but online it lists it at 37 per. I will avoid Enterprise next time bc Hertz at least picked me up and gave me a decent rental.
