  I would give zero stars if possible. Worse customer service "I have had." I spoke with the Branch manager, K/Crystal and shes essentially mocked me while not providing any help as a customer looking for a vehicle that another enterpise employee told me was there on their lot. Krystal then told me the "vehicle wasn't ready and wouldn't be back until later, still not telling me what vehicle it was and just kept avoiding answering my question. DONT WASTER YOUR TIME. Go to any other location if possible.

  Elliot is absolutely phenomenal. Whatever position he is in, he needs to be promoted. Genuine and helpful and I really hope he thrives. Really gave the business a soul. He even helped me find my dog in the parking lot!!! Truck ran great too. Will be back.

  Let me first say that this store’s employees were all fairly pleasant and my issue is not with them. I called and asked to be picked up because I’m without a car. Isn’t that the slogan, “we’ll pick you up” I was told no they didn’t have enough employees there. I get there and because my car has an auto warranty when it’s being worked on I am allotted $40 a day for a rental vehicle in the past I’ve gotten a Dodge Durango or similar through Hertz. Enterprise gave me a Mitsubishi Mirage. I can’t even believe that this vehicle is in their fleet. One of the employees mentioned I should avoid going on 95 in this thing and I agree. Did not feel safe at all, this vehicle has no pick up was making all kinds of strange noises. Then I get home and I look up car rentals and this vehicle is under the $40 when they made it sound like it would be 45 a day but online it lists it at 37 per. I will avoid Enterprise next time bc Hertz at least picked me up and gave me a decent rental.

  Crystal an ANGEL sent at this establishment! She keeps her word & her understanding to people life issues are an understatement! I appreciate enterprise but she added icing to the cake 🖤💚
