We were greeted by a very nice and pleasant young man named Josh. He identified the battery that we needed and replaced it for us. He also got the correct rear windshield wiper blade for us and also installed it, because I was perplexed as to how to do it. We had only purchased the car used a couple of weeks ago, so I'm not familiar with all the nuts and bolts of how everything works yet. We had originally gone to Auto Zone a couple of days ago to get the rear windshield wiper blade, and they didn't even have it in stock. As far as O'Reilly on New Haven, don't even bother going there. I wrote them off after my last horrible experience there. I was treated so inconsiderately, and the worst part is that it was by the manager. I highly value good quality customer service. That's why I will patronize businesses where I might have to pay a little bit more, but the excellent customer service, to me, is well worth it. If Josh is representative of all the help at Advance Auto, then we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this store to needing good quality customer service for your auto parts needs.
