  Customer service is terrible at this store. I almost always go to Autozone and never had a problem, but this store is absurd. He couldn't figure out which lug post I was supposed to get without the model. I went right across the street, gave the girl the exact same information, got my part and was gone faster than the guy at Autozone. I won't mention the name of the competitor, or the guy that "helped me", but you are better off going right across the street to get your parts. That guy nedds to take 2 weeks off and then quit.

  Easter Sunday evening we had our van die on us beachside…we got a jump, and headed to Autozone but realized they had literally just closed. We tried calling on the way just in case someone was there and we got lucky that Lucas and Ray answered and went above and beyond to help us get a new battery. Appreciate your help even when you didn’t have to, it’s good to see there are people who care. Thank you so very much

  Asked about wipers for my car, was told 2 numbers and had no real assistance. Got told from someone at another autozone that there was a different type of wiper I was supposed to buy. People at autozone used to be happy to show you the products and offer help, now theres no respect for customers.

  I ubered to the store to pick up an alternator for my wife’s van. When I arrived, I lucked out and had Steve helping me at the counter. We looked up the alternator that I had put on in 2024, as it was still under warranty. The alternator was not at the location. Steve found an alternator at another store and called them to make sure they had it in stock. When he found out I was going to uber to the store and then uber back home to put it on. Steve offered to take a truck and run to the store and pick up the alternator and bring it back so that I didn’t have to keep getting Ubers around town. I really appreciate Steve for helping me out and level of service that he provided.

  I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" this Auto Zone. I had the best customer service experience ever at this establishment with the store manager Carl. The store manager was very friendly and professional. Not only did he install my wiper blades, but he explained everything he was doing so I would understand how my car works. He took the time to look up how to put my car in the wiper replacement mode. Then he installed them. I never knew my car had a wiper replacement mode. He even sold me a packet of glass cleaner that he said would make my wipers work better. Thank you Carl.! I'm telling everyone I know to go see him when they need help with their car. Carl was incredible..!
