  Wow - what a complete turnaround of an experience from my last review. To make a really long story short, I have reached out to the regional manager and am leaving this review because John W at this location took it upon himself to reach over and forge my signature on the PIN pad for a return instead of answering the question that I asked (it was a very simple question, I was asking to do an exchange, not a return and re-buy, and instead of explaining how their system works with exchanges, he reached over and signed IN PLACE OF MY NAME). I said uh excuse me, that is not my signature. I was FLOORED by the audacity of his reply: “it is now”. I went ahead and let him know that I actually work for the bank and he just forged my signature, so I told him “I strongly encourage you to not ever sign in place of someone else”. I don’t think he realizes nor does he care that he has now forged someone else’s signature on a legal document. So if he is willing to forge my signature in front of me, what else is he capable of? Unfortunately, the best I got out of the regional was “I’m sorry that this happened, it’s completely unprofessional, I will be coaching him right away”. While I am thankful that he will be ‘coached’, he has illegally signed my name to a document and I am not ok with this. HE is the reason, AGAIN, why so many women feel taken advantage of in the auto industry. This is absolutely unacceptable no matter what angle you look at it from. Let me also add that he was a complete jerk about everything and every question I had. I felt bad for the new kid, Nick, who was taking great care of me. Vincent had me convinced his guys weren’t like the others. Boy was he wrong. I am still in complete shock that he told me his signature was my signature. Completely floored. Never will I ever step foot in an Auto Zone again. Here I come O’Reillys!

  I came in to get a Dx code for my check engine light. I had to endure a ridiculous litany of sub par jokes before he acted like he would even help me. But the comedy routine didn't stop there. I shouldn't have to placate someone to get them to do a basic job function for a customer. I guess I didn't laugh hard enough, once he gave me the code I was dismissed. I doubt seriously that Kenny would have given my husband personalized stand up comedy if he had come in. I know I was guilty of being in a "male dominated" space while being female. But I should have been taken seriously as a customer.
