  I did not personally get anything serviced here but Richard Jr. from this shop recommended that I take my 2015 Toyota Prius to his dad's shop (Starr's Auto Repair) in Navarre. The service manager there is Chris Cheeseman. Though I appreciated Richard Jr's love for the 2015 Toyota Prius, I did not appreciate the terrible recommendation to have his dad's shop look at it. Chris called me today to talk to me about my review of Starr's and this is my response: ​Mr. Cheeseman, ​Please be advised that we will not be returning our vehicle to Starr's Auto Repair in Navarre. ​We have authorized and paid for over $2,000 in repairs, yet the initial issues persist. This financial commitment does not account for the additional expenses incurred, including towing from the Midbay Bridge area (Destin/Niceville) and the cost of a rental vehicle during the time your shop was 'replacing' the electric water pump. ​We cannot continue to invest further time and capital into repairs that do not resolve the problem, especially given the significant travel inconvenience (working in Destin and living in North Crestview). We require a resolution that honors our investment and rectifies the persistent mechanical failures. If Richard Jr. could have actually fixed my vehicle at Tuffy since he knows all about the car, that would have been nice. Instead, he told me his dad's shop was more than capable and that is nowhere near the case. Owner wants me to take this rating down. I came to Tuffy in order to have the work there and Richie Jr. told me that Tuffy wouldn't be able to do the work and then gave me, what turned out to be, a terrible recommendation of where to bring it to. He was there representing Tuffy during our interaction therefore the review will remain.

  Very positive and helpful atmosphere. I am from out of town and needed an emergency alignment and this team make me comfortable and did a wonderful job. Thanks guys!!!

  Lived in NH for the majority of my life. Been dealing with having to fill up my rear tire with air every other day. The staff was extremely helpful in getting me in before an appointment. Checked out my SUV to alert me on when I should get my rear brakes replaced (which is really soon, lol). I maybe say for 35-40 min and what I needed was completed. Will easily go back for all my vehicle needs.

  Fast, and friendly service! They got me in same day for a quick tire repair and the price was better than other shops in the area. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional, will definitely be back!
