- HJHaven JonesOct 29, 20251.0Absolutely Horrible Experience – Still No Call Back from Regional Manager!!!! I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this Pilot location. I was humiliated and disrespected by two managers, Michael and Cheyenne! I tried to use a valid Pilot corporate fuel card that wouldn’t work at the pump, so I went inside for help. The staff asked for another form of payment before fueling, so I gave them a $100 bill just in case. After fueling, they falsely claimed the card showed a $0 balance. I immediately called Pilot Guest Services, who confirmed the card was valid and even told the store to call them for a verification code but the managers flat-out REFUSED to do it! When I said I didn’t want to use my cash and asked again for them to call Guest Services because pilot has a services number for employees, the managers, Cheyenne and Michael absolutely refused, even while I had guest services ON THE PHONE! When I protested, Cheyenne threatened to call the police and loudly accused me of trying to scam the store in front of other customers, literally while Pilot guest services was STILL on the phone, listening in. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. Guest Services said they filed a complaint and that a regional manager would reach out to me. That never happened. I’ve waited and followed up, but no one has contacted me. I’ve since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because this level of unprofessionalism and intimidation should not be tolerated. I will never stop at this location again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious. This entire experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish.
