  Michael Mc. was my associate he was great knew is stuff and was very kind and enthusiastic along the way and even gave me a lift back to the car dealership where I was waiting on a repair, overall great job! Id come back

  I always have a great experience at the Margate branch on State Road 7, but this one was above and beyond. I arrived minutes after closing, and as much as I hate being that person that comes at the last minute, Mauricio at the desk could not have been more accommodating. He treated me with enthusiasm and professionalism, and took care of my reservation quickly. When I got to the car. Josh was great at taking me through it reviewing any issues that were pre-existing and making sure all my questions were answered. Another amazing experience at this branch!

  Mike and Gaspardy were awesome! Their customer service is outstanding and always very helpful and friendly. I have other enterprise locations near to where I live but I rather make the drive to this location because of the amazing service they provide.

  Renting a car for the 14th week now due to damage to my car. First advice. If you can rent for a full month at a time prices get much lower. Otherwise, car rentals by the major companies are higher overall in the last year or two. Great deals are hard to find and I keep pondering some of the car rental places I have never heard of- like "Nu". All those discount codes from AAA AARP and others seem to make little difference. Actually renting through the Delta site was where I found the least expensive prices this week. However, Enterprise definitely consistently has the friendliest staff who actually seem interested in making sure the rental experience is as pleasant as possible. They truly seem to want you to be satisfied. The cars are so so for the price. And one thing that is frustrating for me--all the rental car companies that I've used recently use some sort of cleaning material or air freshener that I find very unpleasant and it's obvious every time I sit in the car- the same odor now in 4 different cars. Finally be aware that if you reserve online it is highly unlikely that they will have the car you have reserved and there seems to be no relationship between what's available to reserve online and what they actually have.

  This time around, I was not satisfied with rental. Car provided not up to my satisfaction at Ft Lauderdale Airport. Needed to return it earlier.
