Outstanding service — this is what Lexus should always be.
After several terrible experiences at another Lexus (Palm Beach ) dealership, my car was towed to JM Lexus, and the difference in service was unbelievable.
Within 2 hours, JM Lexus:
• fully inspected my car,
• performed all necessary service,
• cleaned the vehicle,
• topped off all fluids,
• fixed issues that another dealer ignored for months,
• and returned my car in perfect driving condition.
The staff was professional, honest, and extremely efficient. They treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about fixing the problem — not avoiding it.
They also confirmed that several issues should have been addressed long ago, and I appreciate their honesty and attention to detail.
JM Lexus restored my trust in the Lexus brand.
This is the level of service every customer deserves. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of coming to JM Lexus and having Josh Armacida as my Sales Manager. From start to finish, working with Josh and JM Lexus was the most amazing and flawless car buying experience I've had in my life (and I've leased/purchased 18 cars in my life!). I have never worked with such a patient, knowledgable, efficient, and kind Sales associate before. Josh was able to answer all of my questions, explained everything in thorough detail without making it confusing, and helped guide me in the right direction to lease my 2026 NX 350 Premium! I love how JM Lexus is single point of contact and a one price dealership - it made the entire process very smooth and pleasurable. I cannot recommend enough working with Josh and the team at JM Lexus for any of you looking to purchase a vehicle. I love my new car and will certainly be back in a couple of years for a new one! Miss Doniya Watson was the sales/service representative who attended to me on my recent purchase of my SUV at JM LEXUS. I’m a local freedom Dade County and had heard advertising and reviews of JM Lexus over the years I’ve lived here. They were always ranked as excellent. I had not traveled out of Dade County to purchase autos but when I found the vehicle I was searching for available only at JM LEXUS. So after contacting the dealership regarding my interest, they were very helpful in setting up the visit to evaluate my trade in and test drive the new vehicle! I was very clear that I was only going to be interested if I was concern fair trade in value and good interest rates for financing. Although they indicated that they don’t haggle on their L-Certified vehicles, they were upfront about the Lexus /JM benefits provided by purchasing an L-Certified vehicle from them. Miss Watson was a true pleasure to work with. This is the first time in over 50 years of me buying and leasing automobiles that the purchase process was actually not only painless, but an actual pleasure. I was shown respect and consideration not only from Miss Watson, but the dealership as well. Though it is a bit of a drive from South Dade to Margate, I’m tempted to bring my vehicle for servicing scheduled maintenance at JM LEXUS. I’m absolutely certain that JM LEXUS deserves it’s reputation as a top tier Lexus dealership, and them hiring Miss Watson only reinforces my firm belief in their commitment to client service, satisfaction and value for their product.
Now if only I could convince my wife to let me buy the 2019 Corvette they had on their showroom floor as well, then it would make for the perfect experience, but the SUV was close enough. Thank you Dinoya and thank you JM FAMILY ENTERPTISES. I’m sure Mr. Jim Moran is smiling down from Heaven proudly knowing his family is keeping his founding principles alive and well in the business he developed! I’d say give Ms. Watson a raise or a promotion or both!!!
JM Lexus, Finally a Lexus Dealer We Can Trust
After visiting four other Lexus dealerships in South Florida, I was honestly exhausted and frustrated. Each place told me the same thing over the phone: “Yes, we have the exact car you’re looking for, come in, it’s available.”
But the moment we arrived there , the story changed “We don’t have that one, but let us show you something else…”
It felt misleading and very disappointing. We kept losing time, driving from dealer to dealer, only to find out they wanted to push a different model we didn’t want.
That’s why our experience at JM Lexus was completely different and honestly refreshing.
From the moment we arrived, Junior Francois, the sales manager, was transparent, respectful, and genuinely helpful. When he said the car was available, it was really there. Junior honored everything he promised over the phone. No surprises, no pressure, no story changing when we arrived. Just honesty, professionalism, and kindness.
For the first time in this search, I felt taken seriously as a customer. JM Lexus stands out not only for their selection but for their integrity. After dealing with so much confusion at other Lexus dealers, this level of transparency made all the difference.

This was my first time taking my new car for service at JM Lexus. The sales experience was really good and so I expected no less of the service experience. And it was actually good. I had an appointment for 915. I got there a little bit early. I love the system that they have. Somebody came and took my car pretty quickly and i was directed to that little area where they sell Lexus accessories to wait. And then right at 9:15 my service writer called me and we did the paperwork and he sent me to wait for the car and said it would be about an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. I think i It actually took closer to 2 1/2 hours. But to be honest, it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and they were extremely busy so I was surprised it was even that fast. My only complaint was that this was my first time there. And I thought that was obvious because it was 5000 mile check or six months and I had less than 5000 miles. I went back to the chairs where I was initially directed to wait for the 2 1/2 hours. There was no coffee, no comfortable chairs and it was crowded. And I was a little surprised that it wasn’t a more comfortable space and that nobody offered coffee. My bad. I should have asked. Because I found out later from a friend of mine who goes there for Service that they have a whole lounge upstairs that’s much more comfortable with coffee, etc.. When I go back for my 10,000 mile check, I’m sure I will be much more comfortable.. I was disappointed to know that I’d missed out on the great Personal service.
