  JM Lexus is by far the best service I've ever received. Prior to the Lexus I purchased at JM Lexus, I had 2 previous Lexus, 1 BMW, 3 Mercedes (2 E320's, 320E) 1 Volvo, 1 and 3 Range Rover (a SC and 2 HSE's) All were new or certified. Though I was happy with most of the vehicles, I never received the exceptional service I received at JM. Everyone I interacted with was very personable and professional. Yaya went out of her way and was very personable, professional, detailed, accommodating, and answered all my questions. I can't thank her enough. The buying process was fairly quick and easy. If I purchase another vehicle, I'd go out of my way and return to JM Lexus, where they made me feel special. On a scale of 1-5, I rate them a 10 hands down. Thanks to Yaya I am a very happy customer!! Yaya, You're the best!! I highly recommend JM Lexus for all your buying needs.

  Where do I even begin? From the moment I walked in, Junior completely changed what I thought was going to be another stressful and disappointing experience. I was in a very difficult situation, stuck paying way too much for a car that I honestly didn’t even love. Every month felt like a burden, and I felt overwhelmed not knowing if there was even a way out. But then I met Junior. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t brush off my concerns. He actually listened. He understood how stressed I was and reassured me that he was going to do everything he could to help. When so many others had already told me “no,” Junior didn’t give up on me. He stayed patient, worked through every detail, and fought to make something happen. And he did. We worked out an amazing deal that I truly didn’t think was possible. Junior turned what felt like a hopeless situation into a blessing. I walked in feeling stressed and defeated, and I walked out driving a brand-new car feeling relieved, excited, and incredibly grateful. The difference in how I felt was unbelievable.   We recently purchased a 2026 Lexus RX 350h luxury from JM Lexus, and the entire experience was nothing short of world class. Andrew m Marchena was our sales manager and he was incredible to work with knowledgeable professional and he made the entire process seamless from start to finish I had questions about certain things and he went above and beyond to find us the answers he took the time to ensure we understood all the innovative hybrid features of the new model without any other typical high pressure sales tactics. The entire support staff and management team including Michael Cook at JM Lexus and the incredible service department technicians and their supervisors,including Matt O'Brien deserve recognition as well thank you also to Chico for taking extra care with our vehicle.   First service and decided to wait, I told the service person I was walking across the street and call when ready, she confirmed my cell number and said ok. After 3 hours no call, I tried 3 times at this point to reach my service adviser ( wasn’t at his desk, leave a message, I asked for the manager who was also not at their desk, very frustrating!), and on the 4th call I reached him. He said my car wasn’t even in yet, I asked why and he said they didn’t know I was waiting so its wasn’t put in. I said I am waiting and have been for 3 hours, and please get my car in so I can get it in the next 45 minutes. When I came back it was ready (4 hours) and he pointed into the parking lot saying your car is “over there”. I walked around for 10 minutes and could not find my car. I then asked an outside service person to help and he said it’s always “over there”. It wasn’t “over there” so he started walking around, about 8 minutes later he pulls my car up from the back. I then asked if they wash cars as mine was a little dirty, and he said, the machine is broken. Overall very poor experience. This is a brand new Lexus and my first experience at this dealer.
