I had searched for the perfect car and came across a few options on JM Lexus’ website. I traveled several hours to see in person, and they partnered me with Alexander Issa. Within 15 minutes he identified the perfect vehicle for my younger self (exterior and interior were GORGEOUS). However, I decided I wanted a few more options so he searched for the right one for me. He listened to my wants and preferences and found a vehicle that checked all my boxes. Due to my home location, he was able to handle most of the financial items virtually. The time and care JM Lexus puts into the reconditioning of its L/Certified is obvious. I highly recommend this dealership and Alexander as my experience was truly outstanding start to finish!

Service Department Review:
I brought in my GX550 for it's 10000 mile service. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 25 minutes before they checked me in with the service advisor. I then Waited over 3+ hours for my vehicle to have an oil change, rotate the tires, and complete the 10K service. The also had to update software for a recall.
Now if Jiffylube can do a oil change and Tire rotation in less than 30 min, what is JM Lexus doing wrong and is this Lexus Care?
To top it off I was told by the advisor that the delay is because the are backed up. Not my issue... plan better... especially since I had an early appointment. I can just imagine if someone had an appointment after 0930.
Sad service when owning a 87K+ luxary vehicle.

Following countless and fruitless efforts to find the perfect car locally (St. Petersburg and vicinities) we found an even better than hoped for car at JM Lexus in Margate . My first contact was the personable and professional Jodian who answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and calm manner. She then told us

must be the most informative, honest and accommodating professional we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. We drove
250 miles to see the car and it exceeded our initial hopes. The
dealership experience was smooth, unhurried , transparent and scrupulously honest . Francisco is an honorable gentleman in
the true tradition of the definition. Not only did he engineer a
more than acceptable deal for us with none of the usual dealer gimmicks , but as we decided to stay overnight , he even led us
to a nearby Hampton Inn by leading the way in his own vehicle after his work duties were complete.Francisco is a perfect example of the standard one associates with the Lexus brand
and any company would be immensely fortunate to have him
represent them in the impeccable manner he does for JM Lexus in Margate.

Had a wonderful all around experience leasing my 2026 RX350 with Isaac Jacobs. He was very knowledgable and spent a lot of time with me as well as three test drives. Having him as the single point of contact through the entire process was a huge plus! No being walked into the finance office and feeling pressured to add additional coverages. No "I'll ask my manager" if you had a question. Isaac knew it all it did it all without any pressure. While I'm used to having to negotiate for the best deal (I don't enjoy the back and forth, but want to feel like I saved some money), having the one price was so much easier AND turned out to be a better deal than 2 other local dealers. What the other dealers don't tell you is that they jack up all of their fees and charge a high dealer fee and then take some of that off the MSRP so it appears that they're giving you a discount, which net net they are not. There was also a Lexus December incentive of $750 and a day after Christmas additional discount of $500, so I feel like I made out well and enjoyed the process at the same time. If you're shopping anywhere is South Florida for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and go see Isaac at JM Lexus!
