This place is practically a case study in how not to run a business. Their customer service is so bad it’s almost a talent — every call is a marathon of prompts just to end up with someone who clearly wishes you hadn’t dialed at all. And like clockwork, they toss you on hold and vanish into thin air. It’s honestly impressive how consistently terrible they are. Let’s talk about the cars: junk. Overpriced junk. What they charge for these beat-up, problem-filled vehicles is laughable. You can practically hear the car begging for retirement. And when I called to bring up the issues — as any normal paying customer would — I got an attitude from the guy on the phone, Scott. I don’t know what Scott’s problem is, but based on the tone he gave me, you’d think I was complaining about his personal vehicle. Newsflash: I’m the one paying for this disaster on wheels. The bare minimum I expect is basic respect and maybe a solution — apparently that’s too much to ask here. The staff as a whole? Snotty, rude, unhelpful, and clearly miserable. If management actually paid attention, they’d realize their team is the reason this branch has such awful reviews everywhere. Leadership isn’t any better — because if they were, this circus wouldn’t be happening in the first place. This “family-owned independent branch” should be embarrassed to put their name on what’s going on here. The customer service is horrible, the cars are horrible, the pricing is horrible — honestly, the only thing consistent about this place is how consistently bad everything is. Once I return this embarrassing excuse of a rental, I’m done. Never again. And if you’re reading this before renting from this location, do yourself the biggest favor: go anywhere else.
