  AVOID ENTERPRISE AT ALL COST. Outright TERRIBLE experience. Came in for a rental today because I turned my truck in to Arrigo for service. We were brought out on the lot to select a vehicle and were informed which ones were under the arrigo rate. We selected a gray minivan because we were looking for legroom. The representative "Bryan Chang" let us know that he would be pulling THAT specific van out back to be cleaned and that it would take 15 minutes. We picked out a nice GRAY one. After about 20 we noticed that the van hadn't moved yet and we went to ask what happened. We then were told that they were cleaning a WHITE van for us that we didn't request. Then ANOTHER sales representative "Mauricio" comes out and asks what the issue is, we explain that NOBODY communicated with us before giving us a completely different vehicle from the one we specifically requested. He tried to blame the experience on Bryan being new, then he tells us that the reason they changed the vehicle is because the van had a nail in the tire. I requested to see this nail and we go to the van, and of course this tire he's pointing to has NO nail. "Yeah it's like IN THERE dude, I'd have to move it but we have all these cars on the lot" obviously a load of bull. Then he says if we want a specific one it'll be a wait because they have a lot of cars to clean, which was another lie, and that they have vans ready and he walks me over to a white van that I checked out and I told him I would take it because we already wasted so much time. After about 5 minutes he says the van is ready up front. We go to this van and I ask him "THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLEAN?!" I kid you not, this man says to me VERBATIM "you mean the outside or the inside? We don't clean the outside" BOTH the inside and the outside were FILTHY. When you turn the wheel on the van you can hear the axle grinding and making noise. Absolutely unbelievable. The customer service here is absolute GARBAGE. At that point me and my mother just took his information to report the experience, and we left. I'm 10000% sure they gave us a piece of crap because we're paying a lower rate with the Arrigo deal and they saved the nicer van for a customer that is paying more without the Arrigo deal. I know some 1 star reviews get overlooked because people rate based on emotion, so I've attached pictures and a video to show you JUST how they treat paying customers here. I highly recommend you find another rental company to do business with. Enterprise isn't it
