One individual, Aby M, was glued to his phone, scrolling through reels as if the world (and a paying customer) didn't exist. The sheer lack of enthusiasm and the evident annoyance at being asked for basic necessities like a bag or receipt felt like an imposition. It leaves one wondering what exactly management believes they're compensating these employees for. A truly disheartening display of apathy.

I paid and he carried my battery out for me. He asked if I had help or knew how to do it and I said no.. but I would try to figure it out. I asked if I came back the next day ( assuming it would start) and he said they might. Tamari overheard all of this and as I pulled out they came out after me and said they would do it! After a very frustrating evening these two wonderful humans helped out a 69 year old Veteran in the most kind way. Thank you for helping me get back on the road safely!
