This is already my third battery, and despite the label clearly showing “23,” which should still be under the three-year warranty, they claimed they couldn’t locate the receipt attached to the warranty number. They also said they couldn’t verify which battery was mine because all of them supposedly have the same serial number. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy a car battery from this place again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

It my favorite auto parts stores with so many convenient locations I dont want to go anywhere else.

I Bought a tool that does not fit what I intended to use it for, I went back to the store with the tool to exchange it for another one . This clerk told me he cannot because I opened it , like how was I supposed to know it would certainly fit. That some BS that one cannot exchange an item for another . I Did not feel that urged from the personnel to help a customer. This store is marked for me in a bad way. So beware!
