  Ian the manager is so helpful and this margate auto zone has been the Best one who’s always helped me when I’m in need AB has always been super helpful as well. Everyone here is knowledgeable and patient when it comes to my vehicle. Thank you everyone !

  I asked for help to run the scan in my car . The guy sumply look at me gave me a machine and told me -do it yourself. I have use AutoZone in NY and never felt discriminated like this.

  Horrible service- I asked them for help to run the machine to scan my engine- he took a machine and say go run it and come inside- I ask for help since I don’t know how to install- he said he cannot help - I have 18years going to Autozone never had that service

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE OMG I WAS SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure what the girl name is but she didn’t give a damn. making a phone call about who slept with who and watching videos all while I’m trying to get help and she moved like a turtle just wasting my time I had to leave because I couldn’t stand her terrible customer service anymore I’ll go the autozone up the street

  Yesterday Ian M, the store assistant manager, helped me change my brake lights. That then prompted me to go home & double check my lights & signals. Today. I came in with a couple more light issues. Even though Ian was a little busy with a couple of orders, he told me he’d still be happy to help. He checked & changed my left turn signal & my reverse lights. He also informed & confirmed it was ok for him to use a white bulb because the amber colored bulb I needed is rarely serviced anymore. I then asked him to check if changing my front headlights were possible to which he had no problem checking but unfortunately he ran into an issue that I would have to personally solve. Overall, Ian had an amazing work ethic & I had an outstanding experience. Ian was able to multitask while still helping, maintaining his conversation, & giving future tips. I will be back. Thank you so much Ian M!
