  I don't like putting up bad reviews, but our car was in there back in December, and a week after I got my car back, a popping noise started, took it back to Gerber, and they said they didn't hear the noise which is fine,they claimed they took it apart again and saw nothing, so I took it to my dealership and they had said the bumper was not put on correct and there are missing pieces. I'm trying to get my car back there so they can fix the issue so I don't have to come out of pocket which I already have to get the problem figured out, and no one wants to seen to call us back. We keep getting the run around and we feel we are being avoided. Terrible customer service and we will seek out a lawyer for this matter since no one wants to call us or fix the problem.

  My progressive insurance recommended Gerber collision, and being just a few miles down the road from me I followed up. Very very pleased! Repair was professional, as were the employees. So easy to work with! Highly recommend!

  Very nice job done on a bit of a difficult car to work with. Very professional and communicative regarding repair timeline. Everyone I spoke with from beginning to end was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

  Missing an important part from bed cover..if you have to go here ask them to put a sun shade in your window, or after 25 days your interior will be compromised. when pick up drive your vehicle around to side in shade check for damage, missing parts, and food garbage from the big Honduran slob, as a parting gift I received the covid virus from here.

  If I could give no starts I would! I would never recommend this place! They were supposed to to fix back end damage and ended up causing more damage to my vehicle and not properly fixing the original damage. They refuse to fix the damage they caused. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me when I came in. After I picked my car up and put my son in his car seat he was stabbed by a screw. They had left screws in my sons car seat! Who puts screws in a child’s car seat or where anyone is supposed to sit?! Horrible experience!!!
