  Instead of diagnosing my ac they just charged me for a ac charge and made me leave instead of trying to run it and see what was going on. I come back with the truck later as requested so they can check it to see if they can see the dye . This time they refused to bring it and look at it because there guys were already done for the day even though they don’t even close for close to a hour . They said I can’t take it to another tuffy because they’re privately owned so I have to keep driving across town to this one because I have already paid them for the ac service. I am just going to accept my loss at this point and take it somewhere else that has time for there customers.

  AC wasn’t blowing cold air anymore, so I came in because I was pretty sure my compressor was messed up, maybe needed a whole new one but didn’t have the equipment to do a vacuum test myself so I called and requested the test. Left my car there and got a call back an hour in saying my compressor was fine, just low and needed a new relay. Was only $118 and saved me from getting a whole new component to replace the old one. Air blows really cold now, I’d recommend!

  Would always recommend them over any other shop in town. Went to get my brakes replaced and they called and told me they were still in good shape and didn’t even need them replaced. Saved me $ instead of lying and saying I needed them when I didn’t.

  Stopped in for assistance with a tire problem. The gentleman that helped me was great! He had me back on the road in minutes!
