  There was one car being serviced when I pulled in. I was greeted right away with a thank you a a notice that there was “one car ahead” of me. (The car that was already underway.) I waited a little over 10 minutes for that car to be finished and around two more minutes before anyone came back to my vehicle. I was asked if I was having any issues with my lights and/or wipers. Neither were checked. They did remove my air filter, which I had changed myself after my last routine oil change, they brought it back and said it looked pretty good. They said nothing about my cabin filter. I believe they topped of the water in my washer well. After the oil change, I was shown the oil level on my dipstick and my payment was processed. They were friendly and polite the whole time but definitely more interested in talking to each other than communicating with me. They may have been training. I could not hear what was being said. This is the second time in a row that I have had this type of issue with this location. I like your company, but will probably not be returning to this venue.

  The employee was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. It was easy to see the difference after stopping at a competitor just beforehand. Their team did not inspire confidence, so I chose to leave. When I arrived at Valvoline, they answered all of my questions thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to move forward with the service.

  I have been to this location twice for oil changes. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as both times I have experienced poor service. I noticed both times that the employees try to skip the 18 point maintenance check unless I specifically ask them to check certain things. In other locations, employees go over services that are upcoming or due for maintaining my car - one of the reasons that I have consistently used Valvoline for oil changes since purchasing my car in 2016. For today's service, the first thing I requested is that they check my car for an oil gasket leak. This was mentioned twice. However, they only changed my oil, and then afterwards, when I asked for a third time if the leak was taken care of, they said, "Oh yeah, you have an oil pan gasket leak". And then said they do not fix gasket leaks at Valvoline. I don't know if this is true, or if they do normally fix gaskets and simply forgot and did not want to redo the work. If they truly don't do gaskets, why move forward with the service? I will have to pay again to get the gasket fixed and the oil changed at a different location. This is just a total lack of customer care. While the employees here seemed well meaning, they appear to be very young, not well trained and the location seems to be poorly managed. I have been to many Valvoline locations in Tampa and Orlando, and this one is consistently sub par. Disappointed, and will no longer frequent Valvoline locations in the future.

  Julianna and Kenneth were very sweet and professional. The two other service engineers were as well, though i didn't get their names. I very much appreciated the friendly service, the quickness, and most especially the honesty on what was needed and what could wait. I've also had excellent service from Cameron before as well. Highly recommend this location!
