Customer asked the team to just use the same kind of oil as was used the last visit, (probably the same as the last three visits). Team did not bother to look and see what that oil was and put in a more expensive oil that ending up costing twice as much as any of the three prior visits. Manager on duty said there would be no discount to make it right. He did give a coupon and said the next oil change for whatever kind of oil would be 29.99. We shall see if that coupon is honored on the next trip. I have my doubts. I’ll upgrade the rating if it comes to pass.

The manager assured me I would be reimbursed, however the corporate office denied my claim. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP!

I guess the guy didn’t know how to put it back on after changing my oil and cracked it.. and didn’t say anything to me. I just had to find out. Now there’s a leak and I have to go pay to get it fixed. I will be seeking compensation. Also they did not put air in my tires, or check the windshield wiper fluid, or check the cabin filter…. Or anything else they were supposed to do during my “ all inclusive oil change” I went to another valvoline location and it was a night and day difference.
