- JTJ2003 TsMar 1, 20261.0I have a coupon says 50% off for oil change. After I get there then they have all kind of excuses not to honor their coupon and advertisement. They said they do not have the oil filter and they do not know when will they have it. Look like they can not handle oil change for European car like Volkswagon as I was told by them. Are you kidding me ? DO NOT TRUST THEM AND WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THERE AT ALL !!! DISHONEST BUSINESS !!!
- ECeric cooperFeb 27, 20261.0Worse oil change and customer service I’ve ever received. Employees had awful customer service. And they couldn’t get the drain cap off. So they tried doing the ooil change with a top drain. It took almost an hour for a 15 minute job. Absolutely ridiculous.

Watched 4 kids stand around and joke while I was told to wait for 10 minutes to watch them Figure out how to change the oil On a Honda. When I told them I was dissatisfied and I was leaving they just kinda laughed. It’s a super clean shop. The one down the street is older and dirtier and much nicer and more attentive. I’m sitting at the dirty one now. Getting fantastic customer service. From adults.
